Eleanore Graham, CEO
Ms. Graham is an active, distinguish and motivated educator who values her profession and enjoys leading educational organizations to success. She has taught elementary school-aged children, middle and high school students in math/chemistry, and university education student interns, while supporting and coordinating after school programs. In addition to Mrs. Graham’s educational services for the youth, she manages to be a continuous learner by attending professional development workshops, seminars and university courses in the field of education. She is actively engage in civic and church affiliate projects throughout her community. While obtaining her doctorate degree from National Louis University, she joins Susan Weinberger, a renowned national mentor, as she establish, maintain, and evaluate community-based mentoring programs and school-to-work initiatives.
Janelle Elliott, Program Director
Janelle Graham Brice has been mentoring and active in helping the community youth since 1996, first in Florida and later in New England. While living in New England, she has had the opportunity to pursue a Bachelors degree in Health Science from Worcester State University in Worcester, MA. She returned to give back to the community by mentoring the youth in the community. While obtaining her MBA from Southeastern University, her task as the program business developer, is to work closely with Project Management to establish key strategic partnerships with new and existing clients as well as with functional groups to enhance YouthBuild function and client relations.
